Required Skills

Over the last year organisations across the country have employed graduates with first degrees in geography, civil engineering, maths, computing, MBAs, environmental science, economics, social science, town planning and more.

But we do not just want graduates. We need a very wide range of skills and experience. Over the next 5 years we need people who:

• can bring creativity and enthusiasm
• are hard working
• have an analytical mind
• have at least basic experience in the use of office computer systems
• have an understanding and interest in transport issues
• can communicate

We need skills, but in part we can teach you these. But an appropriate background would certainly help both you and us.
